What are the shipping and handlings fees?
All shipments come with shipping and handling fees. These fees will be made visible to you as your order the Youw8. We use the standard rates.
I want to return the product within 7 working days, what to do?
Internet shopping has many advantages. One of the disadvantages, however, is that you won't see your purchase until it has been delivered. Perhaps you had different expectations of the product or there is another reason to return the product. In that case you can return your purchase: contact our Customer Service within seven workdays after date of delivery of the product, and indicate that you wish to return or exchange the purchase. Please keep your order number and your email ôOrder confirmationö at hand when you call our Customer Service, so we can help you in an efficient manner. When returning the product make sure that the product is complete, unused and in the original packaging (including a mint manual). We will run a technical test to make sure the product is unused. When the product passes the test the purchase price (without transport cost) will be deposited into your account within 30 days at the most. Perhaps you had different expectations of the product or there is another reason to return the product. In that case you can return your purchase: contact our Customer Service within seven workdays after date of delivery of the product, and indicate that you wish to return or exchange the purchase. Please keep your order number and your email ôOrder confirmationö at hand when you call our Customer Service, so we can help you in efficient manner.
I have problems with the product, what to do?
Youw8 has a warranty period of two years after the purchase date. Does your product not function properly and is it still within the warranty period, you should contact our Customer Service. To make sure we can service you to the best of our ability, we kindly request you to keep your order number and your 'order confirmation' e-mail at hand when you call us. We will examine your product's problem and work out a fitting solution for you.
Returning after expiration of warranty
Youw8 comes with a 1-year warranty. If your product no longer functions, and your warranty has expired, you can contact our Customer Service. In order for us to be able to help you as efficiently as possible, we ask you to keep your order number and the e-mail confirming your order at hand when contacting us. Subsequently, we will take a look at your product in order to determine what is wrong with it and how it can be fixed.
To place an order
You can order your Internet Body monitor quite easily through a step-by-step process. Please click on the 'Order' tab in the main menu. Step 1: Please enter the number of products you would like to order here. At the moment you can order a maximum of 5 products. Step 2: Enter your name and address data. A number of fields are indicated with '*': these fields are required. After this you'll have the option of indicating whether the parcel has to be sent to an address other than your own. Step 3: Check the Summary screen to see if all data has been entered correctly. If so, click on 'Agree with General Conditions' to indicate that you accept these conditions. Step 4: Transfer to the fully protected screen of our payment partner Ogone. Here you can indicate through which payment system or bank your order should to be handled. Step 5: Entering your own bank to make the payment. After approval you'll be transferred back to the Youw8 site. In the meantime a confirmation will be sent to your email address.
We will do our utmost best to deliver your order to your home within 2 working days. Should delivery take longer, we will notify you through email.
To cancel an order
When you order a product from us, we will send you an order confirmation by email. If you have placed an order, but would like to cancel this order eventually, we offer you the possibility of a no-cost cancellation. You need to cancel the order before shipment, though. You can cancel your order by calling our Customer Service Department. In order for us to help you efficiently, we kindly ask you to provide us with your order number and ôorder confirmationö email when contacting us.
